Advanced Filtration Systems:

Our vacuum systems integrate high-efficiency filtration to capture and retain fine dust particles at HEPA filtration effluent efficiency.

Static Control Measures:

Incorporation of static dissipative materials and grounding mechanisms to minimize static electricity buildup.

Control Devices:

Fike Explosion Vents, Flame Arresters, Heat Detectors, and Isolation Damper all work together with our control monitoring device; FireSystem 2000.  This device monitors components, in the event of an explosion the unit shuts down Vacuum, opens sprinkler valve, and annunciates alarm to plant security.  An IP address is associated with the Vac unit, so the plant knows where the unit is located.

Explosion Protection Measures:

Implementation of explosion isolation devices, spark detection systems, and deflagration venting to prevent and mitigate explosions. We follow NFPA 68 guidelines and protocol.  

CAT Sprinkler System:

Our sprinkler system comes with a series of valves to monitor the water location, then Asco Valves are available for readiness to open and flood filters with water.
